Iran: German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder rejects strikes against Iran to stop its nuke program and hope American would back up the E-3 diplomacy drive.

"I hope it will be possible to get the Americans on board on diplomacy," Schroeder told the European affairs committee of the German parliament. He added that "we really do not need" military action against Tehran while the situation in the broader Middle East, particularly in neighboring Iraq, remains precarious. "
"EU Makes No Headway on Iran Nuke Program DAVOS, Switzerland - A confidential summary of talks between key European powers and Iran made available to The Associated Press on Tuesday shows there has been no progress in getting Iran to scrap nuclear enrichment — even though Tehran acknowledged it does not need nuclear energy."
No sense riding a dead horse Schroeder, unless you realized without America backing the E-3 up, Iran doesn't take any of you seriously.
