CAIR once again an embarrassment to Muslims

9/11: Doing a press release is not rocket science, sometimes you have to use a little finesse, other times a straight forward release puts out your points without problems. CAIR has yet to reach any level of PR'ing that does not put them and Muslims in a bad light. This release matches the Muslim Council of Britain's throwaway Rwanda mention when they boycotted Holocaust Memorial Day because it was too Jewish.

Tuesday September 13, 7:37 pm ET GOP Leaders Urged to Repudiate Tancredo's Islamophobic Views WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) today dismissed Rep. Tom Tancredo's (R-CO) comments on the design of a memorial to those aboard a plane that crashed in Pennsylvania on 9/11 as a cynical political ploy designed to gain national attention. (See: http://tancredo.house.gov/)
There a lot of ways to describe Flight 93, this is not one of them. It is a "throwaway" line that downplays this tragic event. CAIR does not represent Muslims in a positive way, the main function is to excuse and downplay which in the end makes them on par with the likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. Professional race/religious excusers. As for Tancredo views, it is not "Islamophobic" in anyway. The design is not appropriate for a memorial.
